The Village of Auchtertool can be found in the Kingdom of Fife and is located
4 miles west of Kirkcaldy on the B925 which runs from Kirkcaldy towards Dunfermline.
Comprising of some 165 houses, a Nursing Home, a sub Post Office and a Pub/Restaurant
it is situated in the hills with fields and woods all around.
Edinburgh is 25 miles away across the Forth Bridges, with Perth and Dundee approximately 30 miles to the north.
You are not far from the seaside, with Fife having a fair number of award winning beaches. The mountains and lochs to the north and west are within easy reach for a day trip. There is plenty of fishing and golf to be had in Fife too.
